Brian Smith

The Rev. Brian Smith is a Certified HeartSync Minister raised in Tallahassee and is assisting other Area Directors as his family figures out where they're called to settle. He became a Christian in 1997, was ordained in 2006 and loves ministry like HeartSync that unites the whole body of Christ.

He runs Wholeheartify.com and is also Associate Director of Healing Center International and a regular contributor to the Heart 2 Heart network. He has been married to Bethany since 2012 and they have three children together.

Cheri Fye

Cheri Fye is a passionate HeartSync Area Leader based in Tallahassee, Florida. With over 30 years of experience in ministering to the hearts of others, Cheri is deeply committed to helping people experience emotional healing and spiritual transformation. Her powerful intercessory prayer ministry and love for praying with others reflect her compassionate heart and dedication to seeing lives changed.

Cheri’s mission is to mentor and walk alongside interns on their HeartSync journey, guiding them as they grow in their own healing and ministry. She finds great joy in seeing others step into the fullness of their calling, providing both support and encouragement every step of the way.

A devoted wife and mother of two beautiful adult daughters, Cheri is also an active member of Moms in Prayer, where she continually intercedes for children, schools, and families. Her life’s work is centered around nurturing others, empowering them to walk in the freedom and healing that comes through deep connection with God.

Cheri’s heart is one of love, prayer, and deep commitment to the transformation of individuals, families, and communities through the power of prayer and the HeartSync process.

Christina Fowler

Christina Fowler is a passionate lover of Jesus who has served in full-time ministry for over 22 years. Upon graduating from college, she began working for an international organization that disciples and empowers athletes and leaders throughout the world. In 2005, she moved to Washington, DC, where she served at a local church, nurturing and discipling youth and building relationships with under-resourced young people in the surrounding community.

In 2008, she founded The Porch, a ministry dedicated to providing a safe and welcoming space for marginalized youth in DC to experience the love, hope, and healing of Jesus. In 2017, she became a HeartSync Certified minister and DC Metro Area Leader. Christina takes great delight in facilitating HeartSync sessions, Basic seminars, Relational Skills in HeartSync courses, and many other community groups and discipleship spaces focused on cultivating relational wholeness in Christ.

She has an extraordinary ability to create safe and welcoming spaces for people to experience the love and healing power of Jesus. Her value of the concept of relational presence being “caught” as much as it is taught compels her to place a high value on creating a felt sense of safety and connection for all who participate in classes, groups and sessions, and it is her joy to teach others to do the same.

She is an enthusiastic learner who delights in making connections between HeartSync and related psychological paradigms. She is especially passionate about the intersection between HeartSync and the work of Dr. Curt Thompson (spiritual formation and Interpersonal Neurobiology) and Polyvagal Theory.

Deborah Spencley

Deborah Spencley is the founder of House of Hope Healing Center in the San Francisco Bay Area of California, a ministry that brings healing and transformation to individuals locally, nationally and globally. HOH actively trains, equips and deploys other ministers to do the same. It was founded in 2010 and is currently composed of 35 team members who move in the love, power and presence of God to bring healing and wholeness.

Deborah has a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Michigan, had a career at Lockheed Missiles and Space, and has spent the last 25 years researching, learning, teaching and ministering in healing and freedom. She is passionate about partnering with God to bring Heaven to earth and watch Him do exploits!

Donna Tadych

Donna Tadych is the mother of 8 and a Gigi to 6 grandchildren. She has been an entrepreneur in marketplace ministry for the past 23 years and currently owns two businesses. She is the founder of Wisdom's Way, LLC which provides quality services to connect people to God, within and to each other. She is a Certified HeartSync Facilitator, Family Connection Coach, Breakthrough Strategist and Relationship Consultant. She is the Area Leader for HeartSync in the South Central US area, and facilitates HeartSync Mentoring Series, specializing in HeartSyncing the Home.

The Family Wisdom’s Way podcast champions a culture of love, honor, restoration and wholeheartedness. She is also the author of the children’s series, “Mommy, Mommy How Does My Heart Work?” and. “Mommy, Mommy How Do I Overcome the Dilemmas In My Heart?”. She often hears that these are NOT just children’s books.

She has the unique ability to help individuals, families and business/ministry teams move forward to be who they were designed to be and also look in the rear view mirror to see what may be holding them back. HeartSync Australia

Faith MacFarlane

Faith MacFarlane is the HeartSync Area leader for Australia. She lives on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland Australia, and is a proud mother and grandmother.

She has worked as a Christian Counsellor for over 25 years, teaching a Diploma of Counselling, is a Counselling Supervisor and more recently providing Critical Incident Support Management for corporations.

Faith has pursued Christian healing modalities for decades and has taught Theophostics, the Immanuel Approach and HeartSync Basic. She joined the HeartSync community in 2020 and soon became passionate about using this approach to bring healing to others, including clients in her clinical setting.

As a 13 year old Faith was sexually abused by youth group leaders in the church resulting in her leaving the church and rejecting God. Years later she restored her relationship with God and has been on a healing journey ever since.

God has restored her heart and for the past 30 years she has been walking in a deep love for the church and His people. HeartSync was very much a part of this healing journey for her.

She is excited to be ordained to be of service in the very area she was abused in and continue to help heal the broken hearted and set the captives free.

Janet Howden

Janet Howden lives in Calgary Alberta, Canada. She has been a HeartSync area leader since 2013. She has two Master's Degree from McMaster Divinity College (an MTS and a Masters of Arts) and is half way through a PhD in Practical Theology from the same college.

Janet accepted Christ as her personal Lord and Saviour on June 6, 1976 and has been active in church life from then until now. She is a mother to four adult children and a grandmother to ten grandchildren.

Lisa Miller

Lisa Miller is an Area Leader at HeartSync, where she has played a pivotal role in the ministry’s development from its early stages. Together with her husband, Andrew, the founder of HeartSync, Lisa helped name the organization and has been a passionate supporter of its mission from the start. As an early adopter and minister, Lisa has witnessed firsthand the power of HeartSync in bringing emotional and spiritual healing to individuals and communities.

In addition to her leadership role at HeartSync, Lisa works full-time as a surgical nurse, where she cares for patients and helps them heal physically. Her dedication to both fields allows her to bring a unique perspective to her work with HeartSync, where she is deeply committed to helping people heal not only in body but also in spirit.

Lisa and Andrew live in Tallahassee and share a fulfilling life together. While balancing her demanding nursing career with her HeartSync responsibilities, Lisa eagerly looks forward to the day when she can dedicate her full time to the ministry. Until then, she is grateful for the opportunity to help others experience healing, restoration, and transformation in every aspect of their lives.

Lora Manville

Lora is a Certified HeartSync Minister and resides in California.

"My life has been marked by four important Kiaros moments; milestones of spiritual encounter. The first was at the age of fourteen, already using drugs to numb the pain of a broken family system with human parents in whose love was confusing and complicated. At the age of fourteen I had a spiritual encounter with Jesus in a Pentecostal church altar call. In Exodus 6:1 God spoke and said to Moses, “I am Yahweh. I appeared to Abraham, to Issac, and to Jacob as El Shaddai, God Almighty but by my name the LORD I was not known to them”. I was “born again” and “filled with His Spirit.” Little did I know how broken-hearted and divided my heart was.

The second defining time is three years later when someone gave me my first King James Version Bible with my name inscribed upon it. This began the history of my love of the Word of God. I like the people of God had known Him as God Almighty, the written word or as I like to say, “ink on paper.” I encounter Him now as Yahweh the relational God who seeks for His followers to know Him “in Spirit and Truth.” In 2012 I experienced the LORD in a fresh revelation of love when I saw Father and now Bishop Andrew Miller demonstrate the HeartSync Prayer Protocol in a live session. Indeed, anointed by the Holy Spirit, he was “liquid love.” This began a journey into both the study of God’s Word and inner healing for myself personally and my desire to be used by God and an instrument of healing and participation with Jesus to “heal and mend the broken-hearted.” It has been and continues to be an incredible journey into the heart of God.

I count my role as regional director and HeartSync minister and my relationship with Bishop Andrew an extreme privilege. My heart fills with gratitude. These milestones were the foundations of my pursuit of degrees in Psychology and Sociology and finally at Fuller Seminary. And more recently fueled my curiosity in Neuro-science and brain placidity. I hope to be a life long learner with a teachable spirit.

The fourth and final milestone is personal. I am now sixty-seven, a prime number that cannot be divided. I being “apparently normal” wasn’t aware how brokenhearted I was. I am free now to live with an “singleness of heart” loving and serving Jesus the LORD by sharing the good news of the Gospel of freedom: Jesus loves and mends the brokenhearted of which I am “chiefest of the them.”

MaryEsther Hooley

Born in Venezuela, MaryEsther Hooley has lived in 11 nations and visited 52. Spiritually born in Guatemala in the 1970s, she dedicated her life to the Lord. Married to Spud for 38 years and mother to two adult sons, she is currently building a homestead and a home in North Idaho.

For 17 years, MaryEsther and her husband served as full-time missionaries, living in villages and remote areas across four continents. Their work embraced a life of loving God and people, teaching the Bible, and applying appropriate technology in agriculture. Her journey includes farming, experiences with Calvary Chapel, YWAM, and the Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry (BSSM) where she partnered with the Lord to witness remarkable transformations through salvation, healing, and deliverance.

Her encounter with HeartSync in 2016 revealed hidden brokenness in her own heart, even while being a missionary. This experience deepened her commitment to Jesus' vision in Isaiah 61—to heal the brokenhearted and set the captives free. Certified and Qualified in HeartSync Ministries, MaryEsther now facilitates HeartSync sessions, leads training, and mentors groups, aiming to equip others to bring inner healing and to know God and make Him known.

In addition to her ministry, MaryEsther is a daughter of the King, wife, mama, grandma, artist, business coach, and friend. She is passionately called to bring freedom and healing to the nations, guiding others to love Jesus with their whole hearts and experience profound restoration.

Steve Fair

Steve Fair LMSW is the founder and director of Renewal Christian Counseling Center in Michigan that has a full medical and clinical staff, seeing about 600 clients a week, and serving their communities through faith-based clinical counseling that incorporates HeartSync techniques into their everyday practice to raise the bar on what heart healing can look like in clinical counseling.

Steve is the author of the book "Journey into the Divided Heart" which teaches wholeheartedness through calling us to lay down our defense mechanisms and self-protection at the foot of the cross to experience the true peace, love, and joy, that is the right of every believer in and through our Psalms 91 personal relationship with Jesus. Steve speaks and trains in his heart healing seminars at churches as well as clinical settings, and provides coaching to clinicians who want to start or scale their private practice to incorporate inner healing into their counseling while billing insurance companies.

Susan Gibson

Susan Gibson is the Executive Director of House of Hope Healing Center (HOH), leading a community of ~40 HeartSync ministers. HOH trains leaders, is a supportive community, and actively brings healing to many through our primarily remote all-volunteer ministry. Susan has always had a passion for healing including all areas of life (soul, body, spirit, relationships, finances, etc.).

After 35 years of leadership positions in healthcare, Susan started an award-winning kingdom business with answers to prayer for the solution to memory loss. As a pharmacist, Harvard MBA, Certified Functional Nutritionist, Certified Coach and ReCODE practitioner, Susan combines her scientific knowledge, leadership experience and Christ-centered revelation to coaching folks in health for their entire person, so that they can thrive and fulfill their unique mission.

Wilson Cheh

Wilson Ho Yin CHEH is a Certified HeartSync Minister and the HeartSync Area Director for Hawaii and Asia.

He is an “engineer-turned-therapist” who holds multiple clinical licenses recognized in California and in Hawaii in Marriage and Family Therapy and Alcohol and Drug Addiction Counseling. Wilson is trained in various trauma models and evidence-based practices.

With prior experience in behavioral health, businesses, startups and media, Wilson is passionate in supporting the Gospel going to the Nations through the shared channels of inner healing, relationship restoration, community building, and technology.

Zach Hooley

Zach's unique upbringing among Romanian gypsies and Mongol nomads shaped him into a globe-trotting, outdoor enthusiast, and visionary social entrepreneur. His passion for storytelling and cross-cultural connections led him to travel across 41 countries as a full-time missionary, with Youth With A Mission, dedicated to serving underprivileged communities with the physical and spiritual resources of food, shelter, tools, and power.

Following profound personal losses, Zach subsequently began a decade-long journey of personal development, trauma healing, and emotional resilience. Now residing in a handcrafted Mongolian yurt in Idaho, he continues his mission by building and nurturing the global HeartSync Community, creating spaces where individuals can connect, heal, and thrive.

In addition to his leadership and mentorship roles, Zach also designed and built our new website and community platform, showcasing his dedication to ensuring every aspect of the community's growth and outreach reflects excellence and care.

Founder and President

Bishop Andrew Miller

Bishop Andrew Miller, LCSW, is the Founder and President of HeartSync Ministries. He has practiced as a professional individual, marriage, and family therapist since 1990. His practice focuses on resolving severe desynchronization (scriptural brokenheartedness) in people suffering from abuse and trauma. He actively incorporates Biblical healing principles with sound clinical practice.

Andrew holds two undergraduate degrees from Florida State University’s College of Arts and Sciences. One in Biological Sciences with a minor in Chemistry and the other in Math and Science Education. He acquired his Master’s in Clinical Social Work from the School of Social Work at Florida State University.

In 2009, Bishop Andrew was ordained as a priest in the Orthodox Evangelical Episcopal Church. He and his wife Lisa subsequently founded HeartSync Ministries in 2010. In recognition of that calling, he was made a Canon Missioner of Healing in 2013. He served as the Founding Director of Tallahassee Healing Prayer Ministries for ten years – a position he left in 2016 to focus fully on HeartSync Ministries. Bishop Andrew serves as Chaplain to the Archbishop, Dr. Russell McClanahan.

Since the launching of HeartSync Ministries, he travels nationally and internationally presenting a vision for how to use the HeartSync modality in prayer ministry. Bishop Andrew currently resides in Tallahassee with his wife, Lisa, where he teaches the online HeartSync programs.

ArchBishop Dr. Russell McClanahan

Our Patriarch and Presiding Bishop, Archbishop Russell McClanahan, was deeply involved in the Charismatic Renewal. Prior to that time, he began his ministry in the Methodist Church in 1964 where he served for 12 years. Impacted by the Charismatic Renewal, he caught a vision for the convergence of the three great traditions of the church universal, accomplished as the strengths of each are drawn upon and all are held in balance with one another. Passionate about his vision, Abp McClanahan left the Methodist Church and from 1976-1995, he pioneered many church plants which developed into a network of churches and ministries. Under his oversight, these groups continued to grow in their understanding and experience of converging the three historical streams of worship.

Providentially, in 1994, Abp McClanahan met with a group of leaders of another developing organization which shared his vision for convergence. After seeking the heart and mind of God, they determined that the two groups should link arms. Abp McClanahan was unanimously elected by the founding leadership of the Evangelical Episcopal Church International to be its first Bishop in historic Apostolic succession. He was consecrated on October 3, 1995 by the Right Reverend Michael Owen (Chief Consecrator), The Most Reverend Owen Augustine, and The Most Reverend Daniel C. Gincig at Hylton Memorial Chapel in Fredericksburg, VA. During that same ceremony, one other Bishop was consecrated and 25 priests, as well as 7 deacons, were ordained.
