You're not alone — login hiccups happen, and it's almost always a quick fix.

What are the ways to log in?

You can log in to HeartSync Community using:
- Email + password
- Google
- Facebook
- LinkedIn
- Apple

 Important: Always use the same login method every time. If you signed up with Google, keep using Google — don't switch to email/password later, since that can accidentally create a second (duplicate) account instead of logging you into your original one.

How do I log in on another device (like a new phone or laptop)?

Just go to heartsynchealing.org (or open the Mighty Networks app and search HeartSync Community) and log in using the same method you originally used to sign up (email+password, Google, or Facebook). Your one account works across all your devices — you don't need to create a new one.

How do I reset my password?

Go to the Sign In page for your Mighty Network and select Forgot password? below the password field. Enter the email address tied to your account, and you'll get an email with a link to set a new one. Note: password resets must be done on a web browser, not the mobile app.

What if I don't get an email verification message?

First, check your spam or junk folder — it's the most common culprit. Then make sure you're using the exact same email address tied to your account.

If you previously unsubscribed or marked a Mighty Networks email as spam, verification emails may be blocked from reaching you. You can't undo this yourself — email help@mightynetworks.com and ask them to remove your unsubscribed status.
