For many years I've been wanting to go for healing but didn't feel I had found anywhere to go. The Lord had graciously already ministered a great deal to me and brought much healing but, I knew I needed more. God was the only one I truly trusted. After being introduced to HeartSync, I knew this was the place.

I've found the ministry to be very gentle and Spirit led which was exactly what I needed. I've experienced freedom in areas I never even knew I needed it. I can hear God's voice much clearer now and am becoming the strong & courageous warrior he's been encouraging me to be.

After much prayer, I felt God leading me to get Qualified in HeartSync. I know what a blessing it has been to me and God has placed a real desire in me to see others walking free with an undivided heart. Thank you Father Andrew for being obedient to the call to pass this on to others.

True Self

Is the heart or essence of the self and has the capacity to connect most strongly with God.

Function

The aspect of the heart and mind that does the daily functioning of life and often stays disconnected from painful memory.

Emotion

The aspect of the heart and mind most closely connected to the pain, trauma, and unresolved emotion.

Guardian

Guardian believes that Function and Emotion must be separated to prevent the functional side from being too overwhelmed with daily functioning.

Requesting a HeartSync session connects you with a trained minister who will facilitate your session using the HeartSync Healing Approach. Both Qualified and Certified HeartSync Ministers are equipped to guide you through this transformative process, helping you pursue deeper healing and connection with God.

To begin, review our referral terms and conditions, then submit the intake form to request a session. Since each minister operates independently, availability may vary, and the referral process can take up to two weeks. While HeartSync headquarters facilitates referrals, we do not oversee individual ministers, so we encourage you to ask questions and ensure your chosen minister aligns with your needs and expectations. Terms, Conditions, and Questions

After you read and understand the terms and conditions of our referral process, you will need to complete the intake form below, which will be your acceptance of our terms and conditions.

When can I expect my session?

Please note, the referral process can take up to two weeks. However, the Minister might not have immediate scheduling availability. Some have longer wait times for intake sessions than others. Your patience is appreciated.

Does HeartSync offer oversight?

Please note that although we make referrals, we do NOT provide oversight, authority or formal supervision. Therefore, HeartSync Ministries does not take responsibility for the minister's work and is not legally liable for the minister.

We encourage you to ask questions! It is your responsibility to determine if they are providing you with a safe environment, especially if you meet face-to-face.

What if it's not what I expected?

It is up to you to ask appropriate questions and determine if there is an adequate level of safety and experience for you.

If you determine that the minister you were referred to is not able to provide what you need, please let them know and then contact us here.

 

Will there be a consent form?

HeartSync Ministers reside around the world and should have you sign consent forms based upon the laws of their country.

The HeartSync Minister should adhere to the laws of their residence, even if they provide ministry to someone in another state or country. This may include mandatory reporting. Please verify with them the laws and regulations of their country and how they apply to you.

Am I protected?

You are protected by law in the USA from any sexual advances or harassment while undergoing ministry.

If you ever feel offended by anything a member of your HeartSync prayer ministry team asks, says, or does, you acknowledge it is your responsibility to tell him or her.

If the behavior does not stop immediately after talking with them, you can report it immediately to the minister's leadership team, if there is one, and/or our contact page.

If the circumstances of the offensive words/actions are such that you are uncomfortable confronting the HeartSync prayer ministry team members directly, it is your responsibility to report it immediately to the minister's leadership team, if there is one, and/or our contact page.

Is this counseling or ministry?

By submitting a request to receive HeartSync Ministry, you understand that you will be receiving ministry and not professional counseling.

Though some HeartSync Ministers may hold a clinical license, most are laypeople. We rely on Holy Spirit to do the work and do not guarantee any results.

A HeartSync Minister will never tell or encourage you to stop taking medication or change your dosage. This should only be done by your prescribing physician.

We are not a crisis-management ministry. If you are in crisis, please call your local authorities. If you are in the USA, you can call or text 988 for assistance.

Most HeartSync Ministers do not routinely keep detailed records and will not provide information for lawyers or disability claims or similar matters.

Who offers HeartSync?

There are many people who utilize the HeartSync Modality in their own ministry. The only people with permission to do so will hold a certificate from us for Qualification or Certification.

The HeartSync Certification Process was introduced in June 2018 as a way to determine the level of experience a person has in facilitating the HeartSync Healing Approach. There are some people facilitating HeartSync who have not been through this process and we strongly recommend you not receiving ministry from these individuals. If the person has gone through the process, they will carry the designation of either a “Qualified HeartSync Minister” or a “Certified HeartSync Minister" and be able to provide a certificate to this effect.

Who is responsible for my session?

Each HeartSync Minister is solely responsible for the format, structure, and payment process of the ministry they facilitate.

We do not regulate or control the format, structure, or ministry rates of our Qualified or Certified HeartSync Ministers. Some minister in their church. Some are licensed clinicians and use the HeartSync Healing Approach in their practice. Some choose to provide HeartSync vocationally under their own business or non-profit. Each of these structures comes with its own legally regulated or unregulated structures, and it is up to you to ask questions as needed.

How much is a HeartSync session?

The average cost of a HeartSync Ministry session is $150 for 2 hours.

Some ministers charge more and some less based on the structure of their ministry. We do not keep a record of what various ministers charge and cannot refer based on cost preference.
