Experience Deep Healing and Connection with the HeartSync Healing Approach
After reviewing the HeartSync Referral Terms & Conditions below, the next step is to create an account within our HeartSync Community. Once your account is set up, you will be able to access the full “Book a HeartSync Session” directory, where you can view active Qualified and Certified HeartSync Ministers who are currently receiving new clients. From there, you may read through individual bios, learn about each minister’s training level and focus areas, and follow their listed instructions to schedule a personal session.
Our HeartSync Community facilitates referrals, but does not oversee or manage individual ministers or sessions. Each minister listed below operates independently. We encourage you to ask questions and make sure your chosen minister aligns with your needs and expectations. If you have concerns at any point, we’re here to help.

Session timing is dependent upon the individual facilitator and their current availability. Each minister manages their own schedule independently, so response times and appointment openings may vary. Some facilitators may have availability within days, while others may be booking several weeks in advance.
We encourage you to review the facilitator’s profile for general availability information and to contact them directly regarding scheduling. If you do not hear back within a reasonable timeframe, you are welcome to follow up or prayerfully consider reaching out to another listed minister.
Please note that although we make referrals, we do NOT provide oversight, authority or formal supervision. Therefore, HeartSync Ministries does not take responsibility for the minister's work and is not legally liable for the minister.
We encourage you to ask questions! It is your responsibility to determine if they are providing you with a safe environment, especially if you meet face-to-face.
It is up to you to ask appropriate questions and determine if there is an adequate level of safety and experience for you.
If you determine that the minister you were referred to is not able to provide what you need, please let them know and then contact us here.
HeartSync Ministers reside around the world and should have you sign consent forms based upon the laws of their country.
The HeartSync Minister should adhere to the laws of their residence, even if they provide ministry to someone in another state or country. This may include mandatory reporting. Please verify with them the laws and regulations of their country and how they apply to you.
You are protected by law in the USA from any sexual advances or harassment while undergoing ministry.
If you ever feel offended by anything a member of your HeartSync prayer ministry team asks, says, or does, you acknowledge it is your responsibility to tell him or her.
If the behavior does not stop immediately after talking with them, you can report it immediately to the minister's leadership team, if there is one, and/or our contact page.
If the circumstances of the offensive words/actions are such that you are uncomfortable confronting the HeartSync prayer ministry team members directly, it is your responsibility to report it immediately to the minister's leadership team, if there is one, and/or our contact page.
We want to hear from you if you have any concerns.
By booking a HeartSync session with an approved facilitator in our directory, you understand that you will be receiving ministry and not professional counseling.
Though some HeartSync Ministers may hold a clinical license, most are laypeople. We rely on Holy Spirit to do the work and do not guarantee any results.
A HeartSync Minister will never tell or encourage you to stop taking medication or change your dosage. This should only be done by your prescribing physician.
Most HeartSync Ministers do not routinely keep detailed records and will not provide information for lawyers or disability claims or similar matters.
There are many people who utilize the HeartSync Modality in their own ministry. The only people with permission to do so will hold a certificate from us for Qualification or Certification.
The HeartSync Certification Process was introduced in June 2018 as a way to determine the level of experience a person has in facilitating the HeartSync Healing Approach. There are some people facilitating HeartSync who have not been through this process and we strongly recommend you not receiving ministry from these individuals. If the person has gone through the process, they will carry the designation of either a “Qualified HeartSync Minister” or a “Certified HeartSync Minister" and be able to provide a certificate to this effect.

Each HeartSync Minister is solely responsible for the format, structure, and payment process of the ministry they facilitate.
We do not regulate or control the format, structure, or ministry rates of our Qualified or Certified HeartSync Ministers. Some minister in their church. Some are licensed clinicians and use the HeartSync Healing Approach in their practice. Some choose to provide HeartSync vocationally under their own business or non-profit. Each of these structures comes with its own legally regulated or unregulated structures, and it is up to you to ask questions as needed.
The average cost of a HeartSync Ministry session is $150 for 2 hours.
Some ministers charge more and some less based on the structure of their ministry. We do not keep a record of what various ministers charge and cannot refer based on cost preference.

For many years I've been wanting to go for healing but didn't feel I had found anywhere to go. I've found HeartSync to be very gentle and Spirit led which was exactly what I needed.

All my life, it seems, I've had to control anger, to keep a lid on it. After my second session with our local HeartSync Practitioner, a significant amount of anger was released - lots of yawning - deep, deep yawning.
Several days later, I was sitting in my living room realizing the lid was gone and I said, "Lord, is this what it feels like not to keep a lid on the anger?"... Wow. My wife says the difference is amazing, like night and day.
HeartSync helps people release past trauma and hear how God speaks to wounded parts of our hearts as He draws them closer to Himself.
Few ministries seem to actually have the power to change the roots of any given problem. In my experience, HeartSync is one of those few ministries with life-changing results.
HeartSync really gets to the deep issues that block us. I’ve used a number of other methods to help people find freedom and this one is my favorite!
After fifteen years in the world of inner healing as both a facilitator and someone receiving, HeartSync changed my life! I never even recognized that I have different "parts" of my heart.
